FordPass Customer Connectivity Settings Overview

The FordPass^™ app allows you to control your Customer Connectivity Settings (CCS) within your vehicle. The banner appears on your SYNC^® 3 screen and you will have the option to enable/disable the following functions:

• Connectivity Features - if set to Off, then Vehicle Controls, Location, and Live Traffic will be disabled and greyed out.
• Location - if set to Off, then Live Traffic will be disabled and greyed out.
• Vehicle Data & Remote Control - if set to Off, then Vehicle Controls will be disabled.

Other in-app functionality loss includes the following:

• Vehicle Controls are greyed out.
• Vehicle Location is greyed out. If your mobile device location services are set to On, you will still have access to the mapping features. 
• Fuel Gauge will be greyed out. The scale will appear, but no data will show the current fuel level.
• Distance to Empty will contain 2 dashes.
• Oil Life Indicator will be greyed out.
